Michael Lee, Partner

Michael W. Lee is a 1988 graduate of the Virginia Military Institute. He obtained his law degree in 1996 from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law and holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the College of William & Mary. He has been an attorney for over 20 years and previously served as the elected Commonwealth’s Attorney for the City of Colonial Heights. He is an adjunct instructor at the Crater Criminal Justice Academy where he teaches criminal, traffic and constitutional law and has provided instruction to hundreds of police officers. He is admitted to practice in all Virginia Courts, all Colorado Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Jessica Davies, Associate

Jessica Davies is a 2015 graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Violent Crime Scene Investigation. Jessica worked as a paralegal for the law firm of Lee & Piracci prior to obtaining a Juris Doctor degree from the College of William and Mary, Marshall-Wythe School of Law in 2019. While attending law school, Jessica satisfied the requirements to receive a Third Year Practice Certificate which she used to gain valuable courtroom experience as an intern with the Dinwiddie County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office. Additionally, Jessica interned with the Williamsburg-James City County Commonwealth Attorney’s Office during her second year in law school. Jessica has now returned to Lee & Associates (formerly Lee & Piracci, PLC) as an Associate Attorney.
